Preyful is South Florida fishing and spearfishing gear and stories. Bonefish on the Biscayne flats, sailfish on a winter front, a speargun on the reef line. Then everything else the outdoors has to offer.
Preyful started with a simple idea: make gear for the people who are out on the water before sunrise and still there when the lights come on at the marina.
We fish the flats, run the Gulf Stream and dive the reef line. "Prey On" is how we approach every trip: patient, prepared and all in. As Preyful grows, that same mindset is taking us from the boat to the trail, the campsite and beyond.
South Florida packs more fishable water into a short boat ride than almost anywhere on earth. The Gulf Stream runs a few miles off the beach and the flats sit in your backyard.

Patch reefs, wrecks and the reef line from Palm Beach to the Dry Tortugas. Drop baits, drift the edge, or load the speargun and freedive it.
The Gulf Stream pushes north at up to four knots. Kite fish for sails in winter, run weedlines for mahi in summer, and drop deep for daytime swords.

Seasons shift with water temperature, fronts and bait. Before you keep a fish, check current size limits, bag limits and closed seasons with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Fishing is where we started. The same patience, scouting and respect for wild places carries over to everything else we do outside.
